betum Terms & Conditions: Official Gaming Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Payment method details matching the account holder's name

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

betum implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide requested documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credential Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose login credentials to any third party. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to be authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activities.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify betum of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. betum shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access resulted from our negligence or breach of these Terms.

Account sharing with family members, friends, or any third parties is strictly prohibited. Detection of account sharing may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, ranging from ₱50,000 for standard accounts to ₱500,000 for Diamond VIP members. Higher limits may be arranged through customer support for exceptional circumstances.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

betum does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a ₱50 processing fee. VIP Gold and Diamond members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger enhanced verification procedures or account freezing pending investigation.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment subject to independent third-party testing. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by betum or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and reflect long-term statistical expectations, not short-term results.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Game Malfunction

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise location or identity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns
• Using automated betting software, bots, or third-party tools to place wagers
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or betum staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack betum software or systems
• Using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment gaming

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the betum Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of betum or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written permission from betum.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

betum strives for continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. betum is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Financial Risk

Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose deposited funds and accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions. betum provides entertainment services and does not guarantee winnings or profitability.

9.3 Third-Party Services

betum integrates third-party payment processors, game providers, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or breaches by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, betum's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount wagered by the User in the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

betum reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts immediately without prior notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of gaming regulations, or any conduct deemed harmful to betum's operations or other users.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Pending wagers must settle and wagering requirements must be satisfied before closure. Remaining withdrawable balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be permanently closed.

10.4 Funds Upon Termination

Upon account termination for Terms violations, betum reserves the right to forfeit account balances, void pending bets, and confiscate winnings obtained through prohibited activities. For voluntary closures or suspensions not involving misconduct, withdrawable balances will be returned to the User.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Procedure

Users with complaints or disputes must first contact betum customer support via email at [email protected] or live chat. Support staff will investigate and respond within 72 hours. If the initial response does not resolve the matter, Users may escalate to management review.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila.

11.3 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim arising from gaming activity must be filed within 30 days of the disputed transaction or event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any legal proceedings.

12. Amendments to Terms

betum reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of betum services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of updates.

Material changes affecting User rights or obligations will be communicated via email to registered addresses and prominently displayed on the Website for at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
